What it does

Polish weather and hydrology data from the IMGW-PIB public API, no API key: hourly synoptic observations (get_weather), river levels and flow with a computed normal/warning/alarm status (get_hydro), active weather warnings (get_warnings), and station lists. Queries IMGW directly, no middleman.
