Three read-only tools route and retrieve public funding, bank and market-liquidity evidence from Seiche, LiquiLens, Undertow and Palimpsest. Source dates, unavailable data and rights restrictions remain separate. No account or API key; installable Python/OCI server plus a hosted Streamable HTTP endpoint.
