What it does

Checks an IFC building model against Türkiye's building-permit BIM regulation (Official Gazette 33331, in force Sept 2027): mandatory IFC 4.3 classes and category codes, per-class attribute and property-set requirements (all 68 annex tables, incl. the Türkiye-specific TREpys_ sets), TUREF coordinate system, naming templates and space geometry - and fills in the regulation's 21-row Annex-9 quality-control form. Findings cite the article and annex table with GlobalIds; rows a machine cannot verify are reported as manual, never as passed. Also exports buildingSMART IDS. uvx ifc-ruhsat mcp; on the official registry as io.github.BerkantACUN/ifc-ruhsat.
