Read-only FinOps reference library for agents: six tools that list, filter by FinOps Framework facet, and fetch guides on cloud billing mechanics, commitments, allocation and chargeback for AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, Kubernetes and data platforms, plus named waste-pattern playbooks with detection queries.
