Official Telys MCP server - private, on-device memory & retrieval for AI assistants: 19 tools covering memory CRUD, semantic + on-device BM25 lexical search, single-key filtered queries, compaction/IVF/tuning maintenance, and a self-refreshing repo auto-indexer.
